The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The restaurant downstairs offered a great breakfast buffet on weekends, and the staff were super helpful with my luggage. My room was spacious and had a nice ambiance

Noise permeated through the walls, especially from the restaurant below, blaring music and staff chitchat up until midnight made it tough to catch some Zs. The elevator situation is a mess. Not only was it out of order, but the dimly lit stairs didn’t help matters. add to that the musty air in the rooms, and it's a real downer for any relaxation you've planned.

If you crave grilled dishes, the restaurant Chai serves up mouthwatering meals, and the breakfast buffet is an absolute treat! The cozy design of the rooms adds to the unique stay experience as you explore the vibrant streets of Guadalajara.
The stairs leading up to my room were a bit dim, and while the front desk didn't always exude warmth, everything else, including room cleanliness and the comfy beds, still made my stay enjoyable.

i almost left a glowing review, but then i remembered the blaring noise from the street bars that kept me up all night. and despite saying they have an elevator, it has apparently been broken for ages. i woudl ve liked a comp gift for my troubles, but no, i guess my needs were too much.

great location but room maintenance could improve
The location was excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. The Master Suite Varo was spacious and comfortable, with a nice ambiance. Dining at the restaurant Chai was a highlight, offering delicious meals that exceeded expectations.
However, the room showed signs of wear. some fixtures needed attention.

We had a wonderful family stay with the grandkids! The location was perfect for exploring, being just a short walk to the stunning Degollado Theater, which really captivated the kids. Meals at the restaurant Chai were delicious and brought everyone together for fun family dinners.
My kids wished there were more soundproof rooms.
